This privacy policy describes how the KEEWI site at (WOOOP SAS) collects and uses the personal information which you provide on our website It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.



1. The collection of personal data


When creating your account and your orders on the site (hereinafter referred to as the Site), the Site collects your personal data. 3. Combating fraud


To combat fraud, KEEWI has put a system in place which implements exclusion lists, which can lead to:

• You being asked to provide proof of identity, once payment is made, if an automatic alarm is triggered by information relating to your order.

• Your order being blocked if your client account has already been used to commit fraud.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We comply with recognised e-commerce standards to protect your personal information.

When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of this information by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.



4. Recipients of collected data


KEEWI's does not pass on data about its clients to third parties for commercial purposes. Only our company and the external companies contractually connected to us for the processing of your order have access to the information which you choose to share with us. The following KEEWI departments will have access to your personal data (within the limits of their respective remits): the sales department, administrative departments, technical support and departments in charge of checks and fraud. Personal data may also be sent to: public bodies solely for the purpose of meeting legal obligations, court officers, public officials and debt-collection organisations.
